Romero Distilling's Amber Rum is distilled in a hybrid copper pot still. It's matured in once-used bourbon casks from Woodford Reserve in Kentucky and finished in Oloroso sherry casks imported directly from Spain. Ingredients: Fancy molasses, Blackstrap molasses, Cane sugar. Tasting Notes: Notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and caramel appear followed by a long sherry finish.
